Medicare Plans

Are you enrolled in the most cost-effective Medicare plan?

Buying health insurance can be a confusing and overwhelming process. First, you have to find a health insurance plan within your budget. Then, you have to contact the company or an insurance agent in order to get a quote. Once you have all of the information, you can evaluate your options. It is a very personal and complicated process we can help simplify by helping you evaluate the following plans.

  • Medicare pays for most of the cost for covered healthcare services and supplies. Supplemental Insurance can help pay some of the remaining health care costs, like copayment, coinsurance and deductibles.

  • Medicare Part D, also called the Prescription Drug Benefit, is an optional United States federal-government program to help Medicare beneficiaries pay for self-administered prescription drugs.

  • Medicare Advantage are “bundled” plans that include Part A, Part B, and usually Part D. These plans may have lower out-of- pocket costs than Medicare but in many cases, you’ll need to use doctors who are in the plan’s network.

Affordable Care Act Plans (Marketplace)

Affordable Care Act (sometimes referred to as “Obamacare”) are the most common plans used for individuals and families under the age of 65. It is a health insurance plan based on your income and personal health needs. We will help you apply for coverage through the new Healthcare Marketplace and you may even qualify for financial subsidies.

Dental Plans

Dental insurance is designed to pay a portion of the costs associated with dental care.

Long Term Care

Long-term care insurance helps cover the costs of a chronic medical condition, a disability, or a disorder. Most policies will reimburse you for care such as your home, a nursing home, an assisted living facility or an adult day care center.
